Celebrity Plastic Surgery weekly has published their annual “most essential celebrity cosmetic surgery poll” and the top of the list was boob jobs. Second came lip jobs with the collagen injections.
The biggest problem was the wonky lip caused by dodgy slug lips. This could be easily rectified by using a large wooden mallet. Only try this with an adult present.
Ego stretching also came quite high in the poll as did hair replacement in the male category.
The least cosmetic surgery for celebrities were pectoral implants for men. Paris Hilton has not yet had any plastic surgery done.
